Garden Room Build

We built a bespoke garden room for our customer to add value and space to their home and garden. Transforming an unused and unloved corner of the garden into a sleek and modern garden room complete with a fully-functioning toilet, sink and full bar area. This space is perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying time with the family.

We installed LVT flooring throughout for a modern and durable finish, catering to the customer's exact wants and needs. The customer selected the door types, cladding, flooring, paint, skirting board types and lighting for a fully customised finished. Garden rooms can be built to your exact specification, design ideas and budget. We will always be happy to provide you with different options so you are free to make the design and budget decisions that suit you best.

For the external walls we went with a composite cladding that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Spotlights in the soffits and up & down lights beside the doors add a perfect glow to the space, turned on with a flick of a button inside, or set up with a sensor.

This garden room is fully insulated with an electric heater to keep you warm in the winter months, allowing you to use all year round.
